We just wanted to give you a special thanks for being so terrific. You were everything we could have
hoped for and more. The 'MORE' was what made it all such a joy to work with you.
Some how you managed to make 'house hunting' more fun than we imagined possible! You were
very professional and made us feel extremely comfortable, which allowed us to ask any questions.
You were so relaxing to work with. You educated us about every intricacy of buying a house and'
one of the best things, of the many you did, was to educate us at OUR pace, you never pushed
anything on us. Above all, we will not forget to mention your patience. Finally, after looking at
many many houses we found 'the one' and we couldn't be happier. If you can't tell already WE
LOVED WORKING WITH YOU! (Imagine the party horns blowing now)
But, let's make note that your involvement did not end after the closing. You followed up with us to
tie up some of the unforeseen loose ends that were not completed at the closing. Bringing us to
another of your highest qualities, persistency; needless to say the transaction is now complete. But
you can bet that we will be coming back to you and referring everyone to you for your:
professionalism, knowledge, persistency, and your overall energetic spirit and readiness to please.
We appreciate all of your time and effort you gave us. So, please stop by any time; you know where
we live (HA HA HA! !). If there is anything we can ever help you with, just let us know: we would
